How much does website maintenance cost?
There is no separate maintenance fee. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring are in every plan, which is Core $99, Plus $129 or Max $199 a month plus GST. Plus and Max add ongoing maintenance. Many maintenance services charge on top of hosting, so check what each price actually covers before you compare.
What does website maintenance include?
Every plan covers hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, uptime monitoring and image and speed optimisation, plus a monthly allowance of content changes: 1 hour on Core, 1.5 on Plus and 2 on Max. Plus and Max add ongoing maintenance, and Max adds Google Business and SEO setup and advanced analytics.
Can you maintain my existing WordPress site?
Our plans cover the websites we build and host. For a WordPress site, the usual route is a free audit and a rebuild on a modern setup, so there are no plugin updates for you to manage. If you would rather keep WordPress as it is, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What happens if my website goes down?
Uptime monitoring is included in every plan, so we are alerted when your site stops responding and we look into it. Daily backups mean a problem can be rolled back to a recent copy of your site. You do not need to spot the outage or call a developer yourself.
Can I get text and photos changed on my site?
Yes. Each plan has a monthly allowance of changes: 1 hour on Core, 1.5 on Plus and 2 on Max. Typical jobs are updating prices, swapping photos, adding a service or changing opening hours. Work beyond your allowance is quoted before we start, so there are no surprise bills.
Can I cancel website maintenance any time?
Yes. Plans run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days written notice. There is no lock-in and no penalty for leaving, and your site stays live until the end of your billing period. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee if the plan is not right for you.
