With WebDevise there is no upfront design or build fee. You pay one monthly plan: Core is $99, Plus is $129 and Max is $199, plus GST. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring are included, so there are no separate bills for the basics. For comparison, a freelancer typically charges $1,000 to $5,000 upfront and an agency $5,000 to $25,000 or more.
Is cheap web design worth it?
It depends on what you give up. The lowest prices usually come from templates, little or no support, and extras billed separately, such as hosting, a domain, security and every change. An affordable plan should be custom-built, include the technical basics and let you leave without a penalty. Check what is included, and how changes are charged, before you compare prices.
What is included in an affordable website package?
Every plan includes a custom design and build, hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, uptime monitoring, a mobile-friendly layout and a monthly allowance of content changes: 1 hour on Core, 1.5 on Plus and 2 on Max. Core has 3 pages, Plus has 5 and Max has 10. Higher plans add extras such as custom contact forms, performance optimisation, Google Business and SEO setup, and analytics.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly plan covers design, build, hosting, SSL and backups, and prices are quoted excluding GST. Work beyond your monthly allowance of changes is quoted before we start. Ads management is a separate service that only applies if you ask for it. There is no setup fee, and no fee for leaving.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days written notice. There is no lock-in and no penalty for leaving, and your site stays live until the end of your billing period. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How long does it take to get my website?
Once we have your completed brief and any logos or photos you want to use, most websites are live within 5 business days. We share a first draft for your feedback, then make changes until you are happy with it.
